The Human Rights Information and Training Resource Center (HRITRS), placed under the aegis of the Advisory Council of Human Rights since the June 2004 cabinet reshuffle, is vested with an advisory mission that consists in formulating proposals and giving impetus as regards issues referring to the promotion of the Human rights culture in Morocco.
